Dr. Mark Wilson

Transitional Area Mission Strategist

Mark is a Cincinnati native and is married to Brenda. Mark became a follower of Jesus at age ten. He is a Colerain High School graduate and was called into the ministry at age twenty. He has a doctorate from Newburgh Theological Seminary. He has been in ministry 32 years. He says he has gladly served inner-city kids as well as numerous boards including Mission Council, SCBO, but his greatest joy comes from witnessing the transformative power of the Gospel changing hearts and lives. Mark was CABA's moderator last year and has served for many years at North Fairfield Baptist. He's an avid fisherman, cyclist, and into weight training. He and Brenda love to vacation and travel together.

Charity Scaggs

 Ministry/ Administrative Assistant

Charity serves the association as ministry assistant. Charity and her husband, Les, have 3 grown children and seven grandchildren. Charity and Les serve together as the student ministry directors at Cornerstone Baptist Church and she serves with the creative ministries SOS Blacklight Drama Team.

Diane Sibcy

Block Party Trailer Ministry Coordinator

Diane Sibcy is CABA's Block Party Trailer Ministry Coordinator. She works out of her office in Lebanon. When you make your TRESS Reservation, you'll be working with her. Diane is married to Doug Sibcy the Regional Director at Corporate Chaplins of America. Diane continues to improve the accessibility and functions of an already tremendous ministry! International Partnerships Coordinator

I worked as a consultant and started up my own consulting firm in China in the areas of education and healthcare.  I later became an IMB missionary for 24 years with the IMB in East Asia.  I am currently a NAMB church planter serving as pastor of the International Fellowship Church (ifccincy.com) and serving as the International Partnership Consultant to CABA.  As the International Partnership Consultant I assist CABA churches in forming partnerships to reach internationals residing locally and overseas.  I am the founder of ESL Partners (eslpartners.org) and the International Football Club of Cincinnati (ifccinternational.com).  Both are networks developed to serve the international community of greater Cincinnati.

John Park

Communications Director

John helps CABA celebrate what God is doing in our midst. His role supports efforts to inform and inspire church leaders. John has an MDiv from Trinity Evangelical and an MBA from Columbia International Univ. He has been a youth minister and served as the English Ministry Pastor at Power Mission Church in Kenwood, a CABA church. In 2022, John founded Global Impact Network LLC, serving as a communications consultant to churches and ministries. John's role is helping CABA part-time, so he may be free to assist your church on a fee basis.

J. R. Bishop

Business Manager

J. R. supervises the accounting and financial matters of the association. He monitors budgeted spending and provides spending and contributions to CABA. J. R. works part-time in addition to managing the business of several area physicians. He is a member of First Baptist Glen Este, Eastgate.
